Shipping Policy

We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are delivered usually within 5 - 10 business days once shipped. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@pepperidge-farm-holiday.zendesk.com, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you in accordance with the applicable method selected. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Canceling Orders

Cancellation requests may be submitted during normal Monday-Friday business hours 8am-4pm CST, however, we cannot guarantee order cancellation. Please write to support@pepperidge-farm-holiday.zendesk.com to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be received before your item ships. Please note, once orders are received in our shipping department, they can ship immediately upon receipt.
